Returning the goods

The goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Returns are always free.

The goods must not be worn, damaged or otherwise used, the labels of the goods must not be removed.

Money for delivery if it was paid is non-refundable.

Return methods:

1. At the LOOIS store at Ozo str. 18, Vilnius, Shopping Mall “Ozas” on the 2 nd A floor.

2. DPD post-machine. After delivery of the shipment, the buyer automatically sends an SMS message

and / or e-mail. The possibility of returning the consignment shall be notified by post. The information

message includes the PIN code and QR code for return. Using one or the other, the buyer can print a

return sticker at the post office and send the returned shipment.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you may wish to return any product our terms are that We will refund the cost of all merchandise received in unopened and undamaged condition, however, we will not refund the cost of shipping unless agreed otherwise. Sorry, no returns are accepted without prior approval and no returns after 14 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be shipped by the customer and same courier you have received and cost is non refundable unless agreed otherwise. 

All returns must be sent to the same address you have got package from our eshop (address you will find on the package you have received).

Cancellations

If, for some reason, you wish to cancel an order then you MUST contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Our packing and shipping is extremely efficient and we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped and you wish to return the items for a refund then please see our Returns section above.

Refunds

Should your order contain items that are out of stock at the time of shipping, we will issue a full refund within 1-3 days and you will receive an email informing you of this from our Customer Service team.
